at RASA use a combination of proprietary and open source tools for delivering

docking we use our propriety algorithm coupled with Autodock and Autovina
customized to the requirements of our clients

simulations we use GROMACS. This tool is a molecular dynamics package
mainly designed for simulations of proteins, lipids and nucleic acids
- For modeling we use a mixture of modeling software’s to facilitate execution of complex modeling tasks

It is wastage of time and money join RASA. I have a very bitter experience there. They have unqualified staff and know nothing about the bioinformatics. I am sure you will experience the same if you join RASA for training.
