consensus genetic linkage map for Gossypium L. spp. With SNP markers and QTL analysis for fiber traits ” &
following or other projects if needed.
The candidates selected will be engaged for the position of JRF in the project entitled, “Exploring a novel
role of SkMSMI and SkR2R3-Myb315-like transcriptional regulators in development of prickle in Solanum
khasianum” following or other projects if needed.
The candidates selected will be engaged for the position of SRF/PA III in the project entitled, “Studies on
genome wide epigenetic variations in natural populations of west Himalayan Arabidopsis thaliana along
altitudinal gradient” or “Search for Elite Chemotype(s) of Centella Asiatica and their relationship with
ecogeography” following or other projects if needed
The candidates selected will be engaged for the position of PA II in the project entitled, “Epigenetical effect
of Arabidopsis thaliana of West Himalayan population in response to elevated CO2 for adaptive advantage”
