Walk-in-interview

It is proposed  to fill up one post of  Junior Research Fellow  (JRF)  under the  Research  Project  titled  Indo Swiss Cassava Network  by walk in interview (written test & interview) at ICAR-Central Tuber Crops  Research  Institute,  Thiruvananthapuram-695  017  on  12.12.2017  (Tuesday)  at  10.00 am.

Duration	:	Up to October 2018  or co-terminus with the project whichever is earlier
Essential Qualifications	:	M.Sc. (Agri.) in Molecular Biology & Plant Biotechnology / Plant Pathology/ Plant Biochemistry or M.Sc in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Botany
Desirable	:	Practical Experience in cloning of genes, plant regeneration and plant transformation, handling plant viruses, and usage of computer, database, MS office
Emoluments	:	Rs.12,000 (M.Sc degree)     or Rs.25000/- (Post  Graduate  Degree  in  Basic  Science  with  NET  qualification or  Post  Graduate  Degree  in  Professional  Course - 4+2stream) 20% HRA per month
Age	:	21- 45 years (as on  December 01, 2017)

Terms and Conditions:

i)  The above position is purely on temporary basis and co-terminus with the project.

iii)   The  candidates  should bring original certificates, one set of photocopies of certificates, experience  certificate  if  applicable  and  latest  passport  size  photograph  at  the  time  of interview.

iv)  No objection certificate from the employer, incase he/she is in employment elsewhere.

v) The decision of Director, ICAR- CTCRI would be final and binding in all aspects.

vi). Those who do not possess the proof of Educational Qualifications will not be allowed to attend the Test/Interview.

vii)  No travelling or any other allowances is admissible for attending the interview.
