A walk-in interview to fill the post of Project Fellow & Project Assistant to join a time-bound research programme on "Long term monitoring of Strobilanthes kunthianus in Eravikulam National Park - Phase Iwill be held at 10.00 am onward on 9th January 2018, at KFRI . Candidates who satisfy the eligibility criterion mentioned below are invited to attend the interview. Please bring testimonials in original.

Essential qualification  :  First Class PG in Botany / Plant Science / Forestry / Environmental Science

Desirable  :  

1. Field experience in forests of Kerala
             
2. Experience in GIS and Remote Sensing

Remarks  :  The project involves field works and stay in remote forest areas hence those are willing need to apply

Fellowship  :  Rs.22,000/- per month

No. of post  :  One

Essential qualification  :  First Class B.Sc. in Botany

Desirable  :  Field experience in forests of Kerala and using GIS tools

Remarks  :  The project involves field works and stay in remote forest areas hence those are willing need to apply

Fellowship  :  Rs.19,000/- per month

Duration  :  Up to 25.12.2019

Age  :  As on 01.01.2018, 35 years. Age relaxation of five years in the case of scheduled caste/scheduled tribe candidates and three years in the case of other backward communities as per government rules will be given.
