Recruitment of 02 research personnel (One Project Fellow and One Project Assistant) in a project entitled
"Conservation of Red Panda (Ailurus fulgens) in Eastern Himalayas: evaluating distribution, population
status and conservation genetics for long term management and implications in conservation" funded under
DST- INSPIRE Faculty Scheme for a period of five years.
Interested and eligible candidates are requested to appear for a walk-in-interview before the selection
committee on dated 9th January 2018 at 11.30 AM for the following posts in the above mentioned project at
the Zoological Survey of India, Head Qtrs., ‘M’ Block, New Alipore, Kolkata-700053, West Bengal, India.

phylogeny/climate change.
Proven
experience through
internship/dissertation/volunteership in
field data collection or in DNA analysis,
Science writing and communication.
