One post of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) is available in the Division of Genetics in the National Agricultural Science Fund (NASF) sponsored project on “Characterization, mapping and transcriptome analysis of seed protein, β-carotene and mineral contents in chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.)”. The Walk-in-interview will be held in the Division of Genetics, ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi-110012 as per the date and venue given below.
Rs. 25000/ + 30% HRA per month (as per ICAR order F.No. Edn. /6/27/2014/HRD Dated 13-07-15 and F.No. Agri. Edn./6/27/2014/ HRD Dated 09-10-15)
Essential: Master’s degree in Genetics/Plant Breeding/Genetics & Plant Breeding/Plant Biotechnology/Life Sciences with 4/5 years bachelor’s degree. Those with 3 years bachelor’s degree must have UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET qualification or equivalent/ Ph.D. in any of the above disciplines. (Refer ICAR memorandum F. Desirable: Experience of conducting field crop experiments, hybridization techniques, biotechnological techniques, data collection, good knowledge of computer operation, etc
