Applications are invited from the eligible candidates (Indian nationals only) on a plain paper for the temporary post in the research project entitled “Sex manipulation in common carp and its hybrid using Indian major carp, rohu : genetic and molecular endocrinological approaches” (No. BT/PR9034/AAQ/3/647/2013 dated 02-07-2015) sponsored by Department of Biotechnology as mentioned below. 

Research Associate 1 

Rs. 36,000 (consolidated) 

Till the end of project (as of now mid-July 2018) 

Ph. D. in Reproductive Biology/ Zoology with Working experience in fish endocrinology 

Desirable : Publications in relevant areas in peer reviewed journals 

B) Applicants should note that the appointments to be made are purely temporary and there is no right for claiming for any regular appointment in the University. 
C) No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or at the time of joining the post, if selected.
