A walk-in-interview for selection of Junior Research Fellow/Project Fellow in a DST-SERB
sponsored research project will be held in the office of the Head, Department of Zoology,
NEHU, Shillong-793022, on 1st May 2018 (Tuesday) at 12:00 P.M.

Name of the Principal Investigator Dr. Bidyadhar Das Department of Zoology, NEHU Shillong-793022
Name of the Sponsor Science & Engineering Research Board (SERB), Department of Science & Technology, New Delhi
Duration of the project Two years JRF Fellowship As per DST-SERB, GoI, rules and regulations Age limit Less than 28 years as on 01-05-2018 (Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PHD candidates as per GoI norms)
Qualifications M. Sc. in Zoology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Life Sciences with minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying examination (with relaxation as per GoI rules).
Candidates with NET(UGC-CSIR)/GATE and working experience in protein expression in E. coli and protein purification would be preferred.
