Applications are invited for the purely temporary post of Research Associate (RA) and Senior Research Fellow (SRF)-Unani in the AYUSH sponsored research project entitled "Screening of pro-apoptotic potential of medicinal plant extract on Leishmania donavani infected and uninfected human macrophage (Ref No. Z.28015/252/2015-HPC(EMR)- AYUSH-C) " (PI: Dr. Abdur Rub) in Infection and immunity Lab (Lab No 414), Department of Biotechnology, Jamia Millia Islamia New Delhi-11025. 

1. Research Associate (01) 

Qualification: PhD degree in any area of Life Sciences* 

Desirable: Candidate should have previous experience of animal cell culture, Real Time PCR, western blotting, extraction, crystallization of active compounds from the plant parts and basic knowledge of Bioinformatic tools. 

Stipend: 36,000 + 30% HRA p.m. 

Duration: Approximately Three years *thesis submitted candidates whose viva is planned soon may also apply
