Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the
post of a Lab Assistant (LA) at the Dept of Genetics, Dr
ALM PG IBMS, University of Madras, Taramani,
Chennai 600 113 for a Department of Biotechnology
sponsored project (Sanction No. BT/PR20621/MED/
29/1207/2017).
Title: Prediction of Treatment Failure among Diabetic
Patients with Tuberculosis by Peripheral Blood
Transcriptional Signature.
Qualifications: First class M.Sc. in Life Sciences (NET
qualified preferred).
Working experience in cell culture,
molecular biology and bioinformatics would be an
added advantage. Provision to register for Ph.D. is
available (if found suitable).
Fellowship: Rs 10,000 p.m. (consolidated) till 31
March 2020.
