Consolidated salary of Rs.14,000/- per month. The post is on contract basis of 11 months only.

Job Profile:
Research project on “Isolation, identification and screening of efficient strains of weed pathogens and development of its consortium of toxins as a Bioweedicide for controlling weeds in sugarcane”.
Candidate Profile, Qualification & Experience:
• Young dynamic candidate, having Masters degree in Microbiology (M.Sc. Microbiology) having good knowledge of microbial techniques.
• Should work on field scale research on sugarcane weeds.
• Good knowledge of technical assistance in actual protocol of all R&D, should handle X ray crystallography, NMR, Gel electrophoresis, HPLC, protein purification system and field related studies.
• Toxicological studies of Bioweedicide, statistical data analysis, preparation of Research reports etc.
• Experience in relevant field will be considered.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years experience in R& D in Microbiology especially related to laboratory and field research in sugarcane, weeds, bioweedicide and toxicological studies will be considered..

Appointment is on contractual basis for a period of 11 months only.
