- Junior Research Fellow (JRF), to work in the DST - SERB project
Qualification: Knowledge of microbial genomics, molecular biology and its application to microbiomes, microbial ecology and evolution.
Eligibility: Master's degree in Biomedical Science/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Molecular Biology / Biochemistry / Fisheries Science/ Zoology /Genetics/ Any branch of Life Science with at least 60% marks.
Title of the project: "Exploring the distribution and characterization of pathogenicity islands and ecological fitness genes in seafood associated Vibrio parahaemolyticus"
Principal Investigator: Dr. Krishna Kumar Ballamoole
Fellowship:
Rs. 25,000/- per month + HRA
Period of the project: 3 years

Eligibility: Master's degree in Biomedical Science/Biotechnology/Microbiology/ Molecular Biology/Biochemistry/Fisheries Science/Genetics/Any branch of Life Science with at least 60% marks (Preferred: with UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET or KSLET certificate)
Title of the project: "Decoding the traits of drug-resistance: Studying the genetic factors contributing to the survivability and adaptability of gut pathogens in antibiotic rich environment"
Principal Investigator: Dr. Deekshit
Fellowship:
Rs. 25,000/- per month + 20% HRA for 2 years
Rs. 28,000/- per month + 20% HRA for third year
Period of the project: 3 years
