Job Description

To Create & Implement Business Plan for meeting sales, Revenue and collection targets and implement sales/marketing strategies and plans
Candidate should be able to sell General Education services to our target customers
Actively involved in sales, marketing and business development to identify potential opportunities and new markets, generate appointments and leads
Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns and activities, events, promotions and advertisements
Actively involved in public relations, develop media relations to increase publicity and brand awareness
Willing to work within a start-up culture
Should be able to manage a team
Direct the team to do activities and achieve individual sale target.
Should be ready to take complete ownership
Handle and resolve feedback, complaints or conflicts
Highly self-motivated to achieve KPIs and targets.
Provide monthly reports to your team and individual for management review
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Specification

Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing or other disciplines
Candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and should be able to communicate and interact with senior executives.
Strong communication skills - should be able to speak, read and write English fluently
Able to work independently and handle group of teams without much supervision.
Professional and confident in dealing with corporate clients and possess effective presentation skills
Well-rounded team player to build efficiency and foster a strong team environment
Possess strong work ethics and keep information confidential
Computer proficiency and internet savvy.
