Detail: “Regulation of Alzheimer’s disease in a 3D stem cell culture model”.
The project will deal with Neural Stem Cell (3D model), Knock in of APP
&/or Preseline1 gene through Lentiviral transduction, Protein and gene
expression (Western Blotting, IF/ICC, qRT-PCR), SiRNA, cloning, plasmid
preparation, isolation, purification etc.

Eligibility: PhD in any branch of Life Science. Experience in
Cell Culture,and Molecular Biology Techniques are mandatory. 3D cell culture
model experienceis a plus.
This is a 3 year project. The successful candidate has to sign a
Bond for 1 year. In case, if s/he
wishes to leave before one year, s/he has to return the fellowship availed.
Salary: As per the experience of the candidate.
