3.1.1. Mammalian cell culture, Molecular Biology, Stem cell Biology and Cryopreservation.

3.2. Expertise: Software Tools (Must)

3.2.1 LabVIEW, COMSOL, ZEMAX, Mathematica, MATLAB, C++, Python

4. SOFT SKILLS/OTHER

4.1.1 Flow cytometry, PCR and Real-time PCR, Microscopy and Confocal Microscopy

5. EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

5.1. Education

5.1.1 Master’s degree or higher in Biology, Biotechnology, Immunology or other related life science discipline with over 1 Year of work experience in Industry/Academia

6. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1. Roles & Responsibilities

6.1.1 Use of Molecular Biology skills for cloning, expression of genes. Flow Cytometry knowledge, with sound theoretical knowledge of Confocal microscopy and Live cell imaging.

6.1.2 Able to analyse the data to ensure assay development in line with GLP guidelines. 

6.1.3 Clear understanding of the assay development process.

6.1.4 Responsible for recording and documenting detailed observations following good documentation practices.
