Applications are invited for one position of Project Assistant Laboratory (purely
temporary) of Cluster Innovation Centre in Biotechnology (CIC-B) at Panjab University,
Chandigarh. The CIC-B is sponsored by Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council
(BIRAC), Govt. of India.
The candidate will be appointed for a period of one year. The post is purely temporary and coterminus with the project. The incumbent shall have no claim whatsoever for the regularization
of his/her services.

In this
case, the project can be submitted as M. Sc. thesis,
basic criteria sticking to innovation and plagiarismfree concepts. The candidate will have to pursue the
project even after completion of the Master’s degree
and take the project to completion.
These candidates can also register for Ph. D., strictly
as per the norms of the University.
5. Emoluments : 12, 500/- per month.
6. Nature of job : The selected candidate would be expected to carry
out work on CIC-B projects and also assist the Innovation fellows and the incubatee
companies.
