The following posts are to be filled up at Model Rural Health Research Unit (MRHRU), Bhanpur Kalan, Distt, Jaipur , Rajasthan which is around 40 Km from Jaipur City on purely temporary basis. The MRHRU, Bhanpur Kalan has been established with objectives to develop infrastructure for promotion of Health Research for transfer of Technologies in rural Sector. The Mentor Institute for the unit is Desert Medicine Research Centre (ICMR) Jodhpur while SMS Medical College Jaipur and State government are major partners.
NAME OF THE PROJECT/UNIT: MODEL RURAL HEALTH RESEARCH UNIT, BHANPUR KALAN, JAIPUR
The following posts are to be filled up on contract (purely temporary basis) initially for a period of one year and likely to be extended for another one year.
1). POST: Technical Assistant: 01 Post (OBC).
Age Limit: Not exceeding, 30 years.
Salary: Rs. 25,000/- per month (Consolidated).
Essential Qualifications: Graduate in Life Science from a recognized university with three years work experience (Research) from a recognized institution or Master’s degree in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Zoology from the recognized University.
2). POST: Assistant (Multipurpose)-01 (UR)
Salary: Rs.26000/- p.m. fixed. (Consolidated)
Age Limit: Not exceeding, 30 years.
Essential Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline from the recognized University with 5 years experience of administration/finance and accounts work.
NAME OF THE PROJECT/UNIT: CONSUMPTION PATTERN OF FOOD AND FOOD PRODUCTS/ ITEMS HIGH IN FAT, SALT AND SUGAR AMONG SELECTED CITIES/ TOWNS AND RURAL POPULATION OF INDIA.
The following post is to be filled up on contract (purely temporary basis) initially for a period of 3 months.
POST: Research Assistant: 01 Post (UR).
Age Limit: Not exceeding, 30 years.
Salary: Rs. 31,000/- per month (Consolidated).
Essential Qualifications: : Graduate in Life Science from a recognized university with three years work experience (Research) from a recognized institution or Master’s degree in BioChemistry/Biotechnology/Zoology from the recognized University.
Responsibility: The selected candidates have to do the assigned work of the MRHR Unit or DMRC. The candidates will be posted in any place of Rajasthan as and when required for field survey or any other work. Field work could be 20 days in a month. He or she may be given the duties of laboratory and field work as per requirement of the Centre.
Age Relaxation: Age relaxation for OBC candidates will be given against reserve posts only and as per Govt. Rules in force. Age concession to the extent of service rendered in other research projects will also be admissible for experienced and skilled persons (experience certificated required for screening.
Candidates possessing the above qualifications may come for Walk-in-Interview at MRHRU, Bhanpur Kalan (Jaipur-Delhi Road). If the number of eligible candidates are more than 30 a Walk in Personal Discussion and Written Test will be conducted.

Those appearing for walk-in personal discussion should bring with them (1) All Certificate/Testimonial in Original, (2) One attested copy each of the Certificates/Testimonial, (3) One copy of brief Curriculum Vitae (in format given at our website) General conditions: The Appointment will be the same as for the project staff (on contract basis) for the entire tenure of the project i.e., one year and no other regular service benefits will be admissible. The candidate will not have any right to claim for any regular employment at DMRC Jodhpur/ICMR. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Walk-in-Personal Discussion.
