The Walk-in-Interview for selection of Research Associates/Young Professional-II/Project
Management Support Staff under projects/schemes National Bovine Genomic Centre-Indigenous Breeds
(NBGC-IB), CRP on Genomics and Centre for Agricultural Bioinformatics will be conducted at this Bureau on
the date/time and venue and other details shown against each position purely on contractual basis, which are
co-terminus with the project/scheme. The eligible and interested candidates are invited to appear before the
Selection Committee for Walk-in-Interview at NBAGR, Karnal. The number of vacancies are tentative and
may increase or decrease.
1. Research
Associate in
NBGC-IB
Project: One;
Rs 38,000/- +
HRA for
Master degree
holders and
Rs 40,000 +
HRA for Ph.D
Degree
holders.
Upto

the project;
extendable
based on
needs of the
project and
performance

M.V.Sc in Animal
Breeding and Genetics
with 1st Division or 60%
marks or equivalent
OGPA with 4 years/5
years of Bachelors degree
and Two years research
experience as evidenced
from publications/
assignments/ laboratory
experience etc.
OR
Ph.D. in Animal Breeding
and Genetics.
May be posted
at Hqrs. of
Rashtriya Gokul
Mission at New
Delhi and/or
may be deputed
in field for the
work of the
project at
Karnal, Ajmer,
Rohtak
Ahmedabad,
Delhi or Ongole
(Andhra
Pradesh).
