Applications are invited for a JRF post in an international Indo-Russia (DST-RSF) project entitled "Unraveling the molecular mechanism of lncRNAs involvement in Glioblastoma”. The selected candidate will be appointed purely on temporary basis, till the validity of the project based on assessment of the candidate's performance every year. The candidate will be encouraged to join as PhD candidate in the University. 

Position: Junior Research Fellow (1) 

Essential Qualifications & Experience: Candidate must have M.Sc. or M.Tech. degree (with minimum 60% marks) in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Computational Sciences or any related field with hands-on experience in Molecular Biology work or Transcriptomic data analysis. 

Only NET/JRF qualified candidates are eligible for the post or The candidate have proven track record of research experience and /or publications. 

Desirable: Research experience in molecular biology methods, cell culture, stable line generation, RNA work, molecular biology and animal tissue culture or RNA seq data analysis. 

Salary: Rs. 31000 per month + HRA (as per DST rules). 

Appointment will be purely on temporary basis and co-terminus with the project. The eligible candidates may further be shortlisted based on qualifications/experience depending on the number of applications received.
