Project Title Elucidating the role of Circular RNAs in response to drought.

Fellowship As per project norms 

Essential qualification First class in M. Sc. or M. Tech. (Biotechnology/Molecular Biology/Life Sciences/any related field). Desirable: CSIR-UGC NET/GATE qualification. 



Project Description The project investigates the mechanisms underlying the molecular basis of plant growth and development, in response to stress. The project will involve molecular biology, biochemistry and bioinformatics. 

We use Solanum lycospersicum and Arabidopsis thaliana as the model system. 

Experience with molecular biology and RNAseq analysis will be highly valued.
