Applications are invited for the following posts in DBT funded research project entitled “Discovery and validation of growth and abiotic stress related genes in mulberry (Network project-3a). The project will be funded until June 3, 2021 and the appointment will be of temporary nature. 

Senior Research Fellow (01) (Rs. 28,000/- + 30% HRA): 

M.Sc. in Plant Molecular Biology or allied science with at least high second class. 

Candidate should have cleared UGC-CSIR NET. 

In case suitable NET cleared candidate is not available, appointment as Senior Research Fellow may be considered as per rules. Principal Investigator DBT Project

Applications are invited for the following posts in DBT funded research project entitled “Genetic Resource for Mulberry: Indian Mulberry Nuclear Genome Sequencing (Network project -1)”. The project will be funded until June 3, 2021 and the appointment will be of temporary nature. 

Research Associate - I (01) (Rs 36,000/- + 30% HRA): Candidates must have Ph.D. in a relevant subject. 

Experience in Plant Molecular Biology and Genomics is desirable. 

Lab Assistant (01) (Rs. 15,000/- fixed): 12th Pass with science 50% marks or 12th pass + 5 year experience Science research labs & are familiar with media preparation, tending of plants in greenhouse & culture rooms. 

SC/ST reservations for the above posts will apply as per university rules.
