1. Lab Technician
Location: Railway Kodur, Andhra Pradesh
Experience: 1–3 years in a biochemistry or microbiology lab preferred. Prior experience in papain analysis lab will be an added advantage.
Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished enzyme products
Maintain lab records and ensure compliance with quality protocols
Assist in R&D and process optimization trials
Operation, maintenance and calibration of lab instruments
2. Production Supervisor
Location: Railway Kodur, Andhra Pradesh
Experience: 1–3 years in enzyme or fermentation-based production. Experience in filtration techniques and spray drying will be an added advantage.
Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day production of papain enzyme batches
Ensure adherence to GMP and safety standards
Coordinate with QA/QC and maintenance teams
Monitor process parameters and troubleshoot deviations
Maintain production documentation and reports
