Essential : Ph.D with three years post doctoral research experience in any field of Life Sciences/ Biological Sciences.
Desirable : (i) Knowledge of IT and computers.
Age : 40 years (as on 31.7.2010 )
Salary : Rs. 23,000 per month (consolidated) plus HRA as per rules
The candidates fulfilling essential and desirable qualifications and experience are requested to attend the Walk-in interview at the ICMR Headquarters, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi, on August 2, 2010 at 09:30 am. The candidates are requested to bring an application with a recent passport size photograph duly affixed on it, original certificates, and attested photocopies of relevant certificates.
The selected candidate will work in the editorial section of the Indian Journal of Medical Research. He/she will be associated with the Journal and among other assignments, will help in the digitization and indexing of the journal.
The post is purely temporary till the duration of the project. The appointment is terminable with one month notice from either side. The selected candidate will have no claim for regular appointment under ICMR. Benefits of Provident Fund, CCA, Leave Travel Concession, Medical claim etc. are not admissible. No TA/DA will be paid for attending interview.
