About the Workshop The Workshop on “Trends in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology” will make participants aware about the fundamentals of Bioinformatics, analysis of DNA and protein sequences, database searching and various aspects of Bioinformatics and Systems Biology. The workshop will include lectures and hands on sessions on information retrieval, file format, homology searching using BLAST and FASTA, Sequence alignment; pair wise and multiple and phylogenetics.
