Project "Establishment of centre of bioprospecting in IIT Kharagpur: prospecting novel genes & molecules of santalum album L and amaranthus tricolor L"

Qualifications & Experience PhD in Botany/Biotechnology/Plant Molecular Biology with doctoral work on prospecting new molecules or genes / chemical characterization (NMR/mass spectrometry) of plant secondary metabolites/bioactivity testing of metasbolites using experimental animals or cell lines, and related aspects.

Those completed four years of research having aforesaid experiences and submitted/(ready for submission of) Ph.D. Theses may also apply.
