Research Associate (Four)/Junior Research Fellow (One)
ICAR research project entitled Niche Area of Excellence's "Molecular Breeding for Improvement of Major crops Eastern Indo-Gangetic Plains"
The minimum qualification are:
1. For Research Associate (Four) : PhD in Genetics and Plant Breeding/Plant Biotechnology with specialization in molecu!ar breeding or M.Sc.(Ag.) In Genetics and Plant Breeding/M.Sc. in Plant Biotechnology with three years experience in molecular breeding/molecular genetics/genetics and plant breeding.
2. For Junior Research Fellow (One): M.Sc.(Ag.) in Mycology and Plant Pathology/M.Sc.(Ag.) in Plant Pathology or equivalent with 55% marks/equivalent OGPA or NET/GATE Qualified in the relevant fields.
Experience: Candidates with experience of research in the area of the project or related field will be preferred.
Age not exceeding 45 years for Research Associate and age not exceeding 28 years for Junior Research Fellow.
• A relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit will be given to SC/ST/Physically handicapped/Female candidates.
• All things being equal SC/ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI rules.
