Research Assistant (one)

Applications are invited for one post of research assistant (Stipend Rs 12,000) for two years on the project (P-26/97) entitled ‘Chematheraperautic potential of filarial protein tyrosine phosphatases’, funded by CST, UP. The candidate should be the resident of UP.

Essential qualification: MSc 55% in one of the following subjects: Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Life Sciences/Zoology.

Age Limit: The upper age limit is 28 years on 1 April 2010.A relaxation in the age limit up to three will be considered in the case of applicant who are suitably qualified and have Research/ Training/Teaching experience. However five years relaxation in age will be given to the candidates of SC/ST/PH and females. 

Preference will be given to SC/ST candidates as per Government of India rules.
