Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following temporary positions to work in a Govt of India ICMR sponsored major research project ‘Molecular mechanism underlying gestational and lactational chromium exposure-induced disruption of the hypothalamo–hypophyseal–gonadal axis and fertility’. 

JRF - 2 Posts

Fellowship (Rs per month) /Qualifications 16,000 + HRA (i) Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences (Animal Sciences/ Zoology, Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Human Genetics, Physiology, Anatomy) with minimum of 55% marks.

(ii) Pass in CSIR/UGC or ICMR/PGI National Eligibility Test (NET) with valid certificate.

(iii) Experience in mammalian cell culture, eukaryotic gene expression studies, western blot, immunohistochemistry, confocal microscope and flow cytometery is desired.

Application should be accompanied with supporting documents for qualification and experience and testimonials/ reference letter from two persons (one should be from the head of the department/institution where the candidate studied last).

The posts are purely temporary and will be terminated at the end of the project. The candidate cannot claim any permanent position in the university or ICMR on the basis of this temporary position.
