1. For Lateral admission through Common Entrance Test into 2nd year regular B.E./B.Tech. Courses in All India Council for Technical Education approved Un-Aided Private Professional Institutions,
2. For Admission through Common Entrance Test into 1st year regular B.E./B.Tech. Courses in University Engineering Colleges for the seats specifically earmarked for Diploma holders,
3. For Lateral admission through Common Entrance Test into 2nd year regular B.Pharmacy Courses in both University and private un-Aided professional Institutions approved by Pharmacy Council of India,

for the academic year 2011-2012 to be conducted by the JNT University Hyderabad on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.24 Education (EC) Department, Dt. 18-03-2004, and its amendments.

As per the latest AICTE Approval Process Hand book – 2011-2012, an eligibility criteria is revised as under for admission. “Candidates who obtained 50% (45% for reserved categories) of marks at the qualifying examination for both i) Diploma Holders and ii) B.Sc Pass outs (passed 10+2 with Mathematics as a subject) are eligible”. However, candidates shall fulfill the eligibility criteria laid down in relevant G.Os at the time of admission.

The prescribed application form along with instruction booklet containing information regarding eligibility criteria, syllabi etc., for the common entrance test can be obtained in person on payment of Rs. 300/- from following designated Main Post Offices: Hyderabad GPO, Secunderabad, Khairatabad, Sanathnagar, Kachiguda, JNTU, Kukatpally(PO), Hanumakonda, Warangal, Nizamabad, Adilabad, Manchirial, Karimnagar, Khammam, Kothagudem, Mahaboobnagar, Sangareddy, Nalgonda, Srikakulam, Vijayanagaram, Bhimavaram, Tanuku, Eluru, Kakinada, Rajahmundry, Visakhapatnam, Machilipatnam, Buckinghampet, Vijayawada, Arundelpet(Guntur), Tenali, Ongole, Nellore, Chittoor, Tirupathi, Kadapa, Kurnool, Nandyal, and Anantapur Post Offices and Main Andhra Bank branches:- Hyderabad:- Saifabad, Khairatabad, Sanathnagar, Kachiguda, JNTU (Kukatpally), R.P.Road (Secunderabad), Hanumakonda, Warangal, Nizamabad, Adilabad, Manchirial, Karimnagar, Khammam, Kothagudem, Mahaboobnagar, Sangareddy, Nalgonda, Srikakulam, Vizainagaram, Bhimavaram, Tanuku, Eluru, Kakinada, Rajahmundry, Visakhapatnam, Maharanipet (Vizag), Gajuwaka (Vizag), Machilipatnam, Vijayawada, Eluru Road (Vijayawada), Guntur, Koretipadu(Guntur), Tenali, Ongole, Nellore, Chittoor, Tirupati, S.V.Arts College (Tirupati), Kurnool, Kadapa, Nandyal, Anantapur branches from 21.02.2011 to 27.04.2011 during counter working hours. The filled in application form with necessary enclosures can be submitted to the CONVENER, ECET [ FDH & B.Sc. (Maths) ]- 2011, ECET Office, Room No 305, Administrative Building, JNTUH Campus, JNT University Hyderabad, Kukatpally, Hyderabad-500085 in person or by Registered Post/Speed Post so as to reach him on or before 08.04.2011, 5.00 pm. without late fee. The late fee in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of The Secretary, APSCHE, Hyderabad must be enclosed to the filled in application form. After 28th April, 2011 the applications can be obtained from the ECET [ FDH & B.Sc. (Maths) ] - 2011 Convener's Office.

Last date for sale and receipt of filled in applications forms 08.04.2011, 5.00 P.M.

Last date for receipt of application with late fee of Rs:500/- 18.04.2011, 5.00 P.M.

Last date for receipt of application with late fee of Rs:1,000/- 27.04.2011, 5.00 P.M.

Last date for receipt of application with late fee of Rs:5,000/- (No Online Submission) 09.05.2011, 5.00 P.M.

Date and Time of Entrance Test   10.00 am to 01.00 pm 20.05. 2011 (Friday)

Guide Lines For Online Submission:

• For online submission a candidate has to purchase a DD for Rs. 300/- in favour of "Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education(APSCHE) payable at hyderabad" and submit the online application by clicking below link.
• After submission a Registration number for future reference is generated.Write this Registration number and your Name on back side of Demand Draft
• The candidate has to take printout of filled in application and paste a colour photo graph of size 3.5cmx4.5 cm at appropriate place in the application. After signing the application at the bottom of the photograph (not on the photograph) and also on the declaration.Also candidate has to fill up his/her detials of education for 7 consecutive years that include Diploma/B.Sc(Mathematics) courses. • Arrange them along with requisite enclosures as mentioned in CheckList (Download Check List) and DD in A4 size cover(The details of D.D. should be mentioned on the top of the cover) and send it to the CONVENER, ECET [FDH & B.Sc.(Mathematics)] 2011, ECET Office, Room No:305, 3rd Floor, Administrative Building, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad, Kukatpally, Hyderabad – 500 085 on or before 08.04.2011, 5.00 P.M. without late fee. by Regd. Post. (or) Speed Post,
• Those who are submitting the application in online after 08.04.2011 must send a D.D. (Rs.300/- for application cost + late fee) in favour of the "Secretary, Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education(APSCHE) payable at hyderabad".
• The registration number should be used for any further correspondence till the hall ticket is issued.
