Applications are invited from the citizens of India for filling up the following temporary position for the sponsored project undertaken in the Department of Metallurgical Engineering & Materials Science of this Institute. The position is temporary initially for a period of and tenable only for the duration of the project. The requisite qualification & experience etc. are given below:
1. Project Title : "Development of Multifunctional Magnetic Nanoparticles for Cancer" (Department of Information Technology)
Position : Junior Research Fellow (1 Post )
Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.14000/- p.m.
Qualification : M.Sc/ M.tech in biotechnology. The persons with M.Sc degree should have at least two years experience in handling some equipments used in biotechnology area
Job Profile : The person is supposed to synthesize samples of nanoparticulates/hybrids and characterize them thoroghly for its use in cancer therapy.
2. Project Title : "Nano Structured Multifuncitonal Magnetic Nanoparticulates" (Department of Science & Technology)
Position : Junior Research Fellow (1 Post )
Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.14000/- p.m.
Qualification : M.Sc/ M.tech in biotechnology. The persons with M.Sc degree should have at least two years experience in handling some equipments used in biotechnology area
Job Profile : The nanoparticles synthesis and charcterization to find their potential for bio applications.
The appointment is for time bound project and the candidate is required to work mainly for the successful completion of the project. The selection committee may offer lower or higher designation and lower or higher salary depending upon the experience and performance of the candidate in the interview.
