Project : Development of Tuna Fishery Forecast System (TUFFS)

Nature of the post and duration of the post : Purely temporary on contract basis upto March 2012 (likely to be continued)

Age limit : 35 years (age relaxation of 5 years for SC / ST / Ph.D and Women and 3 years for OBC)

Emoluments : JRF (with NET) Rs.16,000 + HRA or JRF (without NET) Rs.12,000 + HRA

Place of posting : Kochi

Education qualification/work experience : Post-graduate in Zoology or Marine Biology. Only candidates with experience in plankton sorting, sea water analysis and willing to go Onboard fishing / Research Vessel in the Arabian Sea / Bay of Bengal need apply

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. The candidates are requested to bring their original certificates, project works, bio-data along with a set of attested copies.
