Research Project Ex situ conservation and antibacterial studies of Plectranthus bourneae Gamble, an endemic Red data listed plant

Qualification : M.Sc. in Botany/Plan Biotechnology/Plant Biology &Plant biotechnology/Biotechnology with first class.
Desirable qualification : Pass in NET- Lectureship (or) GATE examination Emoluments : Rs. 8000 per month
Tenure : Three years
Candidates fulfilling the above-mentioned qualification are requested to appear for walk-in interview at 11.00 a.m. on 19th August 2011 in the Department of Plant Science, Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli with their original certificates. Selected candidate will be allowed to register for Ph.D. Degree. The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. No TA/DA will be paid to attend the interview.
