DBT sponsored project No.-II Identification of the genes from Sinapis alba, involved with resistance against Alternaria brassicicola through proteomic approach under the guidance of Dr. Debabrata Basu, Associate Professor, Division of Plant Biology.
The project is tenable upto 3rd December, 2011.
Essential Qualification: Ph. D. degree in Life Sciences.
Desirable Qualification : Experience in techniques of Plant Molecular Biology along with knowledge in proper handling of plants.
Associateship : Rs. 22,000/- p.m., plus admissible HRA.
Age : Below 35 years (relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC/WOMEN candidates only as per rule).
Eligible and interested candidates should appear in person directly before the Selection Committee with a typed application addressed to the Officer on Special Duty, Bose Institute, P-1/12, C.I.T. Scheme VII M, Kolkata- 700 054 along with bio-data, attested copies of Certificates, Mark-sheets and Testimonials.
