Project - Inventorisation and Monitoring of Biosphere Reserves in India using RS & GIS technology funded by Ministry of Environment & Forests, Govt. of India.

Applications are invited for four positions of JRFs in the above project. Posts are field based and require extensive traveling in the following BRs – Nilgiri, Agasthymalai, Rann of Kutch, and Simlipal.

Selected candidates are likely to be posted at NRSC, Hyderabad and will work with the Scientist of NRSC.

Essential Qualification

1st Class Masters Degree (65% >) in Botany /Forestry /Ecology

Knowledge of Remote Sensing & GIS /

Experience of Field Ecological Studies
