CMLRE-MoES Project Screening, extraction and identification of bioactive molecules from deep sea organisms including bacteria
Duration of the project: 5 years.
I. Research Associate (1 No.)
Monthly emoluments: Rs 22,000/- per month
Eligibility: First class M. Sc. in Marine Biology/ Biotechnology Microbiology/Biochemistry and Ph.D. in Biotechnology with experience in Marine Microbiology as evidenced by publications/reports.
The candidate who submitted their Ph.D. Thesis are also eligible to apply.
II. Junior Research Fellow (2 No.)
Monthly emoluments: Rs 16000/- per month
Eligibility: First class M. Sc. in Marine Biology/Biotechnology/ Microbiology/Biochemistry.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience and with NET/GATE.
Selected candidates will be required to go on cruises for sample collection. Cruise duration can be 7 to 10 days on board ship.
