Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the DBT, Govt of India funded Major Research project to entitled “Fabrication of neurospecific nanogels for targeted drug delivery, molecular imaging and analysis in Zebrafish model.”

Duration : Three years

Post : Junior Research Fellow

Emoluments : Rs.16000/- pm + HRA for the first two years and Rs.18000/- pm + HRA for the third year.

Eligibility : M.Sc / M.Phil, Nanobiotechnology/ Marine Biotechnology/ Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Genomics/ Life Sciences
Or
M. Tech in Nanobiotechnology or Biotechnology

The appointment is purely on merit basis and temporary for three years. CSIR/ICMR/NET/GATE qualified candidates and those who have research experience in Zebrafish breeding and embryo handling, Molecular Biology, Real time Confocal imaging (CLSM), Microarray / HPLC will be given preference. Selected candidate will be enrolled for Ph.D.

Candidate may also have to travel and work in the Collaborating Institutes of Centre for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, Sathyabama University during project duration of 3 years.
