National Conference on New Frontiers in Medicinal Plant Research and Special Meeting on Medicinal Plants for Livelihood Security and Community Empowerment in Eastern Himalayas

The Department of Ethnobotany and Social Medicine Studies, Sikkim University is organizing ‘National Conference on Medicinal Plant Research and a Special Meeting on Medicinal Plants for Livelihood Security & Community Empowerment in Eastern Himalayas’ at Gangtok, Sikkim from 3 to 5 October 2013.

The Scientific committee invites the submission of abstracts from interested participants for oral and/or poster presentation. The deadline for abstract submission is 1 September 2013. Abstract may be submitted as MS Word file attached to an e-mail to The Organizing Secretary, NCMPR-2013 as per instruction provided in the conference brochure. Only registered participants will be considered for presentation.

As the upper limit of participation is restricted 100 only, registration will be done on first come first serve basis.
