CSIR - Institute of Microbial Technology, Sector-39/A, Chandigarh desires to engage Senior Project Fellows/ Project Fellows/ Project Assistant/JRF(Projects) on purely temporary basis on contract under CSIR, DBT/DST sponsored projects at IMTECH. The position is purely on temporary on Contract basis for a period of one year on behalf of the CSIR/ sponsorer (DST/DBT). However, the tenure of the Project can be extended depending upon the tenure of the Project and the performance of the candidate. It will be co-terminus with the duration of the project. Contract may be terminated any time by giving one month notice by either side. The applicants will have no claim whatsoever implicit or explicit for consideration against any CSIR post.
Reservation: As regards reservation, if all things are equal, SC/ST/OBC candidates may be given preference over General candidates so as to ensure their representation.
Such of the candidates who fulfils the eligibility conditions may please step in for Walk-in for-interview on 24th March.,2014 (Monday) at 9:30 A.M.(Sharp) in the Seminar Hall of this Institute (CSIR-Institute of Microbial Technology, Sector-39/A, Chandigarh-160036) along with complete bio-data in the prescribed format (to be downloaded from IMTECH website) duly signed and enclosing attested photocopies of certificates/testimonials in support of date of birth, qualification/ experience etc. and two passport size photographs. Original certificates are also to be produced for verification at the time of Interview.
No TA will be paid for attending the interview.
