The following posts are to be filled purely on temporary basis under a NFDB funded project, coordinated by NBFGR, Lucknow.
Senior Research Fellow (SRF) –Two posts
Date & Time of Interview 20th March 2014 at 10.30 a.m.
Venue RGCA , HO, Poompuhar Road, Karaimedu, Sirkali.
Duration Three years / co-terminus with the project
Essential Qualification Masters degree in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Fisheries Science / Aquaculture / Marine Biology / Zoology / Life Sciences
Desirable Working experience in shrimp farms, Good skill in computer applications
Emoluments Rs.16,000/- pm + 20% HRA for the first and second year and Rs.18,000/- pm + 20% HRA from third year onwards.
Nature of Work Place of posting will be at RGCA, Sirkali.
Work involves extensive field trips, disease surveillance, sample collection and investigations in shrimp aquaculture farms of coastal districts of Tamil Nadu, Odisha and in Andaman.
Age Limit Maximum 35 years
