Department of Biotechnology (DBT) is organizing a two-day workshop in partnership with Biotech Consortium India Limited (BCIL), New Delhi to sensitize the research institutions and universities on the key aspects of securing & managing IP; and its licensing at Mizoram University, Aizawl on August 27-28, 2014.
