Applications are invited for one position of Research Assistant in the Research Project entitled, "Preventing extinction and improving conservation status of threatened plants through applications of biotechnological tools" sponsored by the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, New Delhi. The details of the position are:

Research Assistant (1 position)

Consolidated salary: Rs. 12000/- p.m. (fixed) for 1st & 2nd year & Rs .14000/- PM for 3rd year

Duration: Two and half years (the appointment is co-terminus with the project)

Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline with at least two years of working experience in a research lab/office.

Place of work: Office of Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi

Place of Interview: Department of Botany, Delhi University, Delhi-110067
