TRAINING COURSE CONTENT

• Lectures on various instruments used for various types of analysis in the laboratory and field, their principles and methodologies.
• Practical demonstration: High Performance Liquid Chromatographic (HPLC), High Performance Thin Layer Chromatographic (HPTLC) techniques, UV Visible Spectrophotometer, Potter spray tower, Electrophoresis & PCR thermocycler.
• Hands on: Clinometer, Photosynthetic analyzer, Nitrogen analyzer, Leaf area meter, Viscometer, Leica microscope and other instruments which are required for day to day works in the laboratory and for analysis.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

First class M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences/ Forestry/ Agriculture or equivalent from a recognized university.

NO. OF PARTICIPANTS PER BATCH: 20

TRAINING FEE PER PARTICIPANT Rs. 4000/- (rupees four thousand only).

Training fee may be paid in cash or online or through Demand Draft favoring “Director, TFRI, Jabalpur” payable at Jabalpur from any nationalized bank.

10/02/2015: Last date of Receiving of application along with training fee
16/02/2015: Receipt of application & training fee with late fee of Rs.500/-
