About Workshop The workshop cum training programme aims at introducing the clinicians and medical researchers to database generation, management and analysis on the large amount of data generated out of medical institutions and community surveys.

Further the workshop will be extended to providing knowledge on utilization of various patient samples in generating novel genetic and proteomic information through genome wide analysis and application of systemic approach in order to understand the disease aetiology in a better way. In brief, the programme will provide a systematic and comprehensive warp-up of clinical database to biologically meaningful outputs. The training will also involve introduction and utilization of publically available biological databases.
