The Institute invites applications for the following positions on contract basis:
Name of Post Project Assistant
Name of Project Development of new and Utilization of existing CRISPR-Cas tools to understand genetic regulators of cytoskeleton in cardiomyocyte.
Funding agency DST-SERB
Minimum Educational qualification (as prescribed by the funding agency) Master's degree in any area of Biological Sciences with minimum of 60% marks.
Candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC NET-JRF/LS, or GATE (with a valid score) will be preferred.
Preference Should commit to work for atleast six months.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in
handling human and mouse cell lines.
bioinformatics (able to set up pipelines for NGS data (targeted resequencing, transcriptome, ChIP) analysis
molecular biology and statistical knowledge
Fellowship amount Rs. 31000 / month , No HRA will be provided
Tenure of the post 6 months or till the end of the project duration
Age Should not be more than 30 years
Last date 24th August.
