A walk –in interview will be conducted on 5th January, 2022 for one post of Senior Research
Fellow (SRF) in the ICAR-NASF- sponsored research project entitled “Development of sensors
for blast and blight diseases and stomatal activity measurement in rice (O. Sativa L.)” funded by
Indian Counsel of Agriculture Research under the supervision of Prof. Prabhat Nath Jha,
Department of Biological Sciences, BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus, Rajasthan.
The post is available
up to 31st May, 2022 (Date for end of project).
Online interview can be conducted based on the
request of candidate. The candidate preferring for in-person interview must report to Department
of Biological sciences by 9:30 AM of January 5th, 2022. Candidates need to bring RT-PCR report
and double vaccination report for visiting the campus for interview.
Essential Qualification: M.Sc./ M.Tech. in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry or
related life science disciplines.
Desirable: Candidates with NET /GATE qualified or with professional degree are ideal.
Experience in LC-MS/GC-MS handling and data analysis will be preferred
Emoluments: Emoluments will be as per ICAR norms.

December, 2021. In the subject of the E-mail, candidates should write “Application for SRF
Position in ICAR-NASF-Biosensor Project”. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
