Applications are invited from eligible candidates (Indian Nationals only) on a plain paper or in the prescribed format (Form-B) for the following temporary position(s) in the research project entitled “In vivo validation of membrane acid phosphatase as a vaccine candidate against leishmanial parasite”, sponsored by Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). 

1 Name of the Post Junior Research Fellow (One) 

2 Number of positions One 

3 Fellowship / Honorarium INR 31,000/- 

4 HRA, if applicable 24% HRA 

5 Tenure of the Post The position will be offered for one year and can be extended based on performance and review after every year until duration of the project. 

6 Essential Qualifications M. Sc. / M. Tech. in Life Sciences/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate marks with NET/GATE qualification. 

7 Desirable Qualifications Candidates having experience of structural biology, bioinformatics and computational biology will be preferred. 

8 Experience

1. Applicants should note that the appointments to be made are purely temporary and there is no right for claiming for any regular appointment in the University. 
2. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the written test/interview or at the time of joining the post. 
3. Self-Attested copies of all certificates in support of the information furnished in the application should be enclosed.
