Candidate should possess 1st Division M.Sc. Degree in Biotechnology or Microbiology from a recognized university with or without NET/Gate qualified.
  • - Experience in PBMC isolation from whole blood, cell culture, stimulation, and downstream flow-based functional analysis.
  • - Strong foundation in T cell biology, immune cell phenotyping, and T cell polarization assays (e.g., Th1, Th2, Th17, Treg).
  • - Knowledge of computer application like MS office.

Upper age: Not exceeding 30 years as on the date of the interview.

2.Jr-Project
Consultant
Candidates should possess Ist Division M.Sc. Degree in Biotechnology or Microbiology from a recognized university with 5 years’ experience.
  • - Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining flow cytometers (e.g., BD, Beckman Coulter, Cytek, etc.).
  • - Proficiency in routine instrument QC, calibration, troubleshooting, and software platforms (e.g.,  FACSDiva, FlowJo, FCS Express).
  • - Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and analyze multicolor flow cytometry panels.
  • - Knowledge of computer application/software handling.
  • - Skill in drafting and editing of research proposals, technical reports & articles etc.
Upper age: Not exceeding 64 years as on the date of the interview.

p.m.

Duration of the project: The selected candidates will be appointed on a purely temporary basis, initially for one year and which is renewable for another year or till the duration of the project (15.03.2027), subject to the satisfactory performance of the candidate.
