Educational Qualifications:
PhD/MD/MS/MDS or equivalent degree or having 3 years of
research, teaching and design and development experience after MVSc/M.Pharm/ME/M.Tech
with at least one research paper in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
Experience with
analysis of antigen-specific T cells, single-cell multiomics experiments, and data analysis will be
given preference.
The candidate should be able to perform both wet lab experiments and
bioinformatic analysis.
Candidates who have completed their viva-voce examination may apply.
Job description:
To perform single-cell RNAseq experiments and analysis, and bulk
transcriptome analysis, ATACseq experiment and analysis, CUT&RUN experiments and
analysis.
Doing antigen specific T cell experiments.
The candidate should be able to write custom
codes for the analysis in R.
Emoluments: The selected candidates will draw consolidated emoluments as per Institute Rules,
depending upon qualifications & experience
Rs. 58,000/- per month plus 27% HRA (As per DST OM dated 26.06.2023)
