BIOTECHNOLOGY RESEARCH AND INNOVATION COUNCIL-NATIONAL BRAIN
RESEARCH CENTRE (BRIC-NBRC) invites applications for the position of “Research Scientist I” on a contractual basis through Manpower agency for a project investigating Dendrite Regeneration
using PVD neuron as model.
Interested candidates fulfilling the following requirements can submit a duly filled-in application

Desirable experience Cellular and Molecular Neuroscience, experience in Light
microscopy
Emoluments ₹ 58,000/- pm (Consolidated). No other allowances /benefits will
be admissible.
Age limit Maximum 35 years (as on the last date of receipt of application)

Tenure The tenure will be for a period of one year, extendable for another
year based on performance review.
Accommodation Accommodation may be provided as per rules of NBRC, subject to
availability.
Note:
1. No TA/DA will be payable to the candidates for attending the interview.
2. Only candidates who are shortlisted will be called for an interview.
3. Candidates are required to attach copies of their self-attested certificates of qualification
