Applications are invited from interested and motivated candidates for the post of Junior Research
Fellow-I (JRF-I) in a time bound project funded by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research
(CSIR), Human Resources Department Group (HRDG), Extramural Research Division (EMRII), CSIR complex, PUSA, New Delhi (22WS (0026)/2023-24/EMR-II/ASPIRE dated 18.06.2024)
for the Project entitled “Design and Development of physiologically driven functional knee
orthotic device for rehabilitation” for a temporary period of one year at the Centre for Medical
Electronics, College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai 600025, purely on
contractual basis as per the following details.

Job Description Project Responsibilities include physiological signal analysis and
design and development of exoskeleton.
Essential
Qualifications
BE/B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering/Medical Electronics/ECE/E&I
or M.E/M.Tech in Medical Electronics/Biomedical Engineeringwith
55% marks and passing of NET/GATE test.
Desirable: Experience in working with bio signals and movement
analysis.
Age Limit 28yrs
Age Relaxation The upper age limit is relax able up to 5 years in the case of candidates
belonging to scheduled castes/tribes/OBC, women and physically
handicapped candidates
Salary Junior Research fellowship as per CSIR norms
